• Mews Construction Contractors will obtain required NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) permits and coordinate inspections as outlined in the signed project agreement.
• Homeowners and property owners are responsible for securing co-op/condo board approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Timelines for permit approval are estimates only and depend on municipal processing times outside our control.

6. Payments

• Payment terms, deposit requirements, and schedules are set in the individual project contract.
• Late payments may result in project delays or work stoppage as outlined in the signed agreement.
